Our focus is on Chalav-Yisrael (חלב-ישראל) kosher dairy raw materials.
This Orthodox kosher segment requires close rabbinical supervision (physical present) from milking at the dairy farm till the packaging stage of the finished raw material.

All three (3) production plants with which we cooperate have new and innovative production lines that meet the strictest quality and food safety standards and the Israeli Ministry of Health public health (food) protection regulations.
