Anhydrous milk fat (AMF)
AMF contains a minimum of 99.8% milk fat.
AMF is made from utilizing the pasteurized fresh cream produced from cold-bowl separation of fresh raw milk.
The AMF process removes 99.8% of all water and non-fat solids.
AMF is a very rich product that is microbiologically stable due to extremely low water activity.
Packaged in 1,000 liters totes, using a nitrogen gas flush.
Very convenient packaging for storage and for consumption.
Nitrogen gas flush process gives this AMF three (3) great and unique advantages:
- Product can be transported and stored without refrigeration.
- Maintain high quality.
- Longer shelf life.

Manufacturing Plant: Valley Milk LLC. Is located in the city of Turlock, California (USA). The plant was established and owned by local multigenerational farmers.
The plant was operated in February 2018 and is equipped with the newest and highest quality milk processing equipment. The entire production process is fully computerized without human contact.
Daily production: about 2.5 million pounds of raw milk (about 1.1 million liters of raw milk).
The factory operates in high and strict standards of quality and food safety that are also approved for baby food manufacturers use.
The plant is an authorized supplier of multinational brands.
The factory produces NFDM and WMP powders, agglomerated milk powders and enriched skim milk powders.
A separate computerized system makes it possible to enrich milk powders with nutritional supplements to completely homogeneous product.
